My workout boost

Hello everyone. I wanted to share my experiences in finding a plan to help me get back into shape. For years, I have been working out regularly--weights, swimming, and running. I had good workouts, but I never saw the positive results I was looking for. I still had the extra weight around the stomach, and I really wasn't adding any lean muscle mass.

Part of the problem was that I would leave the workouts completely exhausted. My day was pretty much through after exercising because I didn't have any energy to do anything else. I checked with doctors, and there wasn't any obvious reason for the exhaustion. Everything was technically fine with me.

Finally, about three months ago I discovered a juice high in anti-oxidants. I started taking the juice, and I am amazed at the results. I have extra energy. I am losing weight--and three inches around my waist so far. I am starting to build lean muscle mass.
